Meet the Finalists

Edward A. Dougherty is the author of many collections of poetry, and 2025 will see his Selected Poems (Future Cycle Press) and House, World, Heaven (Kelsey Books).
Sally Bonn-Ohiaeriaku is an Igbo Nigerian woman with a deep passion for art. In addition to her artistic pursuits, she is an environmentalist who actively volunteers with NGOs in her community to create a positive impact. Her works have been featured in themanifeststation.net, littleoldladycomedy.com, storyhouse.org, apocalypse-confidential.com, musepiepress.com (Shot Glass Journal), and africanclimatestories.online. A native of California’s Mendocino Coast, Lee Patton has enjoyed life in Colorado since college. His fiction and poetry have been widely published and his plays produced nationwide. His first book of poems, In Disturbed Soil, is available from Kelsay Books. Individual poems have appeared in Threepenny Review, Massachusetts Review, The California Quarterly, Poetry Quarterly, Hawaii-Pacific Review, among many other journals and anthologies. His seventh novel, The Last Californians, is forthcoming from Regal Press.
